Winy Mind Pvt Ltd has a 7-day return or replacement policy which means you have 7 day after receiving your item to request a return or replacement request in case the product is defective, damaged or if incorrect product is received.
Non Returnable Items :
– If items have been used or damaged by the customer.
– Items must be in original condition with original packaging, unused and with original tags tags
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with inserts, and in its original packaging.
Procedure for Return or Replacement
- Contact our customer support on whatsapp (9315726331 ) or mail us at support@winyway.com with your order details and issue(defective, damaged or incorrect item). Provide us Unboxing video.
- Our team will approve your request.
- You will receive a shipping label from us which need to be attached with the return package and video of packaging need to be provided. Return package will be picked by courier partner. In case a courier partner is not available for return pickup from your pincode (unfortunately, not all courier partners offer return services) – you need to courier the product back to us and we will issue the replacement when the product is delivered to us and inspected.
- Upon receiving and verification, your Refund will be credited within 5-7 business days. Refund will be credit in original mode of payment.
- If you have chosen for replacement, then it will be shipped once the product has received. We generally ship within 5 days of receiving the original product.
- Certain types of items cannot be returned or replaced. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We ensure the authenticity and Quality of each item. However, the benefit associated with each item is subjective and effective of items varies based on individual use and situations. Please note that we don’t issue return or replacement on the ground of size, quality or benefits or personal preference.
